Your first visit to Rejuva Medical Spa is designed to be comfortable, informative, and personalized. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early if you have not completed your paperwork beforehand. Parking is available, and our team is happy to answer any questions before your appointment. Please note that Rejuva Medical Spa does not accept insurance, and payment is due at the time of service. We offer CareCredit as a financing option for purchases over $500.

For your first appointment, please bring a valid photo ID, a list of your current medications and supplements, any relevant medical history related to your treatment goals, and your completed intake forms if they were not submitted online.
