What to Expect
Your first visit to Rejuva Medical Spa is designed to be comfortable, informative, and personalized.

Your experience begins by scheduling a consultation. Before your appointment, you’ll complete your patient paperwork and receive confirmation with any instructions specific to your treatment.

From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by Jordan, who will help you get checked in, answer any questions, and make sure you feel welcome. You’ll then meet with Kara Stumm, LPN, and Master Esthetician, who will take the time to understand your goals, perform a thorough consultation, discuss your concerns, answer your questions, and recommend a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for you.

For new patients, we offer complimentary consultations. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your aesthetic goals, answer your questions, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

What to Bring
For your first appointment, please bring:

• Valid photo ID
• List of your current medications and supplements
• Relevant medical history related to your treatment goals
• Completed intake forms (if they were not submitted online)

Arrival & Parking
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early if you have not completed your paperwork beforehand. Parking is available, and our team is happy to answer any questions before your appointment.

Payment & Financing Options
Please note that Rejuva Medical Spa does not accept insurance, and payment is due at the time of service. We offer CareCredit as a financing option for purchases over $500.
